Artura Holdings LLC ("Artura", "we", "us") is the controller responsible for personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers arturaholdings.com only. Companies held by Artura operate under their own names and publish their own privacy notices; this policy does not apply to them.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, your email address, your company, and the contents of your message. We do not ask for more than you offer.
The careers form
Our careers page has a contact form. It asks for your email address and a message, and optionally your name and what kind of work interests you. Submitting it sends those fields to us as an email and nothing more — we do not store them in a database on this website, and the form sets no cookie and does not track you. We use what you send only to consider you for work with us or with a company we hold, and to reply to you.
Server logs
Our web server records standard technical information for each request, including IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect
- We do not set cookies on this website.
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
- We do not operate accounts or logins here.
- We do not ask applicants for a Social Security or national ID number, bank details, or payment of any kind.
- We do not collect payment information through this website.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This site loads a web font from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch it, and Google may log that request under its own privacy policy. We receive nothing from it.
How we use it
- To read and reply to messages you send us.
- To evaluate enquiries about acquisitions, partnerships, or employment.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal effects.

We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to correspondence to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
